You will find safety in expressing your thoughts and feelings in a judgement free online therapy session with me. We'll talk about your challenges, issues and concerns and will work on your therapy goals together. Having a therapy goal that you work on in and out of our session time together will keep the therapy on track and will help you to achieve your therapy goals in a timely manner.
I use a combination of CBT (Cognitive behavior therapy), Solution focused therapy and mindfulness to treat women challenged with:
