  • ANNA CHO

I offer an integrative lens to mental health utilizing the resources of the Mind, the Body, the Creative Process, Archetypes, and Nature -  our methods reach into the abstract concepts of what we yearn and strive for, while guiding through the resistance of the emotional process.  Our clinicians have been trained in somatic experiencing, trauma-informed practices,  emotionally-focused and eco-based expressive-arts modalities.

Through the work of cognitive, emotional and spiritual integration, we work with individuals, couples and families helping them navigate through past traumas, ongoing symptoms, and developing a meaningful process through conceptualizing the problem story.

Thank you for setting up a consultation. If you find that I would be a good fit, however, you find that you need a sooner availability, I encourage you to trust the process and consult with the clinician who best serves your sense of urgency as I    believe in timing as a crucial part of mental health.

  • LAUREN MARSHALL

As a musician and artist, my main focus in life is to play, healing through sound and visual art, and putting my toes in the sand as often as possible. I aim to passionately weave in somatic understanding with radical acceptance and commitment theories, creating safe spaces for people of all backgrounds. I proudly work alongside those along the LGBTQIA spectrum, those living beautifully with neurodiversity, and all people doing their best to thrive in a society that does not always prioritize mental health and wellness.

  • DAVE SCHER

I believe that every individual knows their own story best and has the right to live with a free heart.  My passion is to apply my diverse background as a professional musician and certified training in qi gong and sound healing, integrating my practices. I aim to bring a holistic, deeply caring, and sensitive approach to my work you.

  • Iryna Khmelevska

I believe that every individual is inherently good and deserving of happiness and peace of mind—and most importantly, we are all capable of achieving it. When individuals thrive, they form the foundation for strong, healthy relationships and families, ultimately contributing to the well-being of future generations.

I help teens, adults, and couples through a wide range of life’s challenges, specializing in trauma, relationships, life transitions, sexuality/sexual identity, and women’s mental health. I have a flexible approach that blends evidence-based practices—like CBT, ACT, and mindfulness—with creative techniques from art and somatic therapy. My goal is to make each session feel intuitively supportive, warm, and personable, helping you feel truly seen and heard as we navigate your unique path together.
